Jager Stands are a timber product. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may result in change of colour of the product and in extreme cases warping of the timber.
We do not recommend using you Jager Stand outside. Exposure to moisture and the elements may result in damage to the product.

We recommend cleaning your Jager Stand with a microfiber cloth to remove and dust and grime that accumulates over time. If necessary, non-toxic cleaning sprays are acceptable to use.
All Jager Stands come with a Jager tote bag for transportation and storage. You can store your Jager Stand in your tote bag in a cool, dry area but we recommend keeping this beautiful product on show!

Jager Stands have been designed to suit almost all guitars in the market. The acoustic version is larger to accommodate for the larger body size of full-size acoustic guitars. The electric guitar version is proportionally smaller to suit the smaller body size of electric, junior and classical style guitars.

All Jager Stands are made from FSC Certified plywood. FSC forest management certification confirms that the forest is being managed in a way that preserves biological diversity and benefits the lives of local people and workers, while ensuring it sustains economic viability. The plywood used in Jager Stands is an E1 class low- formaldehyde emission product.
Formaldehyde is a colourless gas which occurs naturally in the environment and is emitted by processes such as combustion and decay and is emitted naturally by all timber species. Formaldehyde is an important part of the adhesives used in plywood products. It is also found in many commonly used products such as vinyl, wallpaper, mirrors, textiles, timber, dishwashing liquid and even toothpaste.
To gain categorisation as a ‘low-formaldehyde emission’ product, finished pressed-wood products must meet test criteria levels of less than 1ppm formaldehyde.

All Jager Stands come with a Jager tote bag for transportation and storage. Just dissembled the stand by pulling the pieces apart at the join and pop it in your tote bag!
Yes, we offer monogramming on the back base piece of the stand with any 2x letters you desire. Just select this option when ordering online!

As timber is a natural product the colour may vary slightly from stand to stand. Colours may also appear different on different computer screens depending on contrast and brightness. If you are unhappy with the colour of you Jager Stand please contact us at hello@jagerstands.com
The natural timber varieties of Jager Stands is finished with a clear matte varnish. The colour varieties are a melamine film coated finish.
Jager Stands have been designed to suit most guitars in the market including body shapes such as Parlor, Classical, OO, OOO, Orchestra Model, Grand Auditorium, Dreadnaught, Jumbo and electric guitar bodies such as Stratocaster, Telecaster, Les Paul style guitars.
The acoustic version is larger to accommodate for the larger body size of full-size acoustic guitars. the electric and junior guitar version is proportionally smaller to suit smaller body size, parlor and classical guitars.
Jager Stands will not hold odd or irregular shape guitar bodies including offset or angular bodies, “V” shape or star shaped guitar bodies.

To replace the gel pads peel off the existing ones, remove the paper backing from the new ones, stick it on in the same position and hold in place for 1 minute, then remove the plastic on the front of the gel pad and you are good to go!

Sure can, if the items have not been despatched we are happy to make amendments to your order.
Just shoot us an email to info@jagerstands.com referencing your order number and letting us know which items you would like to change or remove from the order. Depending whether the new order value is above or below the original we will then send through an invoice which can be paid online or we will credit the difference.
Returns and exchanges
Please send an image of the product and description of the fault to hello@jagerstands.com and we will assess and arrange a replacement should the stand be deemed faulty.
Please send an image of the product as well as an image of the condition of the box and description of the damage to hello@jagerstands.com and we will assess and arrange a replacement. In order to process damaged in transit claims with the courier we need an image of the box.
Unfortunately, monogrammed units are unable to be refunded or exchanged. If you have an issue with your piece, please get in touch via the “Contact Us” form on the website.
