Returns and Exchanges
Noo, we want you to love your Jager Stand! However in the event you receive your stand and you would like to return your item, Jager Stands will offer an exchange or credit note if the item/s have not been used or damaged. All returns and exchanges must be received with all extras including the tote bag, any additional gel pads etc.

Exchanges are subject to availability of your size/colour at the time we receive your returned unit/s. In the event we are unable to offer an exchange for your chosen type and colour we will provide you with a full credit note valid for 6 months to the value of the returned product. Shipping costs will not be credited.
We get it, sometimes it’s just not for you. If you find your Jager Stand isn’t suiting your needs for the present time you can return for a credit note to the full value of the purchase price of the unit. The credit note does not include any shipping charges unfortunately. The store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue for redemption at jagerstands.com.
